Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with any tags attached. Please include the order number and proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if marked as final sale)

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Brocademodern@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including any duties/taxes incurred during return shipment).

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, or item damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost or offer an appropriate solution (replacement/refund).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Brocademodern@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at Brocademodern@gmail.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
