  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.

2) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations.

3) Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs clearance, or local conditions.

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Canada: 7–20 business days
  • European Union / United Kingdom: 8–22 business days
  • Other International: 10–25 business days
Note: Remote areas may require additional time.

4) Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options (in USD):

  • Standard Shipping: $29.99 for orders under $139

  • Free Shipping: Free for orders $139 and above

5) Tracking

  • We provide tracking for most shipments.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (if available).

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

7) Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to reship the package.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • For damaged deliveries, please include photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
