Zhuang Brocade, known in Chinese as Zhuang Jin, is a traditional woven textile associated with the Zhuang people of Guangxi, China. Its patterns are formed directly on the loom through the interlacing of warp and multicolored weft threads, rather than printed onto the finished surface.

Zhuang Brocade is admired for its bold geometric organization, contrasting colors and motifs inspired by nature, community life and auspicious symbolism. The rhythm of diamonds, stepped forms and repeated borders gives the textile a distinctive architectural quality.

The traditional weaving craft of Zhuang Brocade was included in China’s first national list of intangible cultural heritage in 2006. This refers to the recognized weaving tradition—not automatically to every modern product made from Zhuang-style textile.
